zdt 0.3.1 release

I put the released of zdt 0.3.1 up on sourceforge on Thursday. On Friday, I decided that I wanted to remove the popups from the Dictionary view and the Category Editor because they were annoying the heck out of me. So I made a one-line fix to change the popups from appearing like a tooltip to just appearing when you double-click. Not sure if that’s the best way (non-obvious) but I think it’s ok for now. I re-built the installers and put them up again very early Saturday morning. So now the 8 people who downloaded the program in that window of time have a version with the hovering popups.
