It's just a design decision. The 2nd (optional) page always contains export format specific options. I don't want to put it on the first page since it doesn't apply to all the export formats.

Sorry, found the solution: the problem is that by default ZDT does not export the definitions unless one goes through all screens of the export dialog. Oh well.

As a suggestion: why not put this important option on the first screen?

I have a problem with exporting flashcards into PlecoDict format: the chinese characters and PinYin fields are there, but the definitions are missing. The tab for separating a definition from the PinYin is there, but nothing else.

The improvements are excellent and very much appreciated. Just a couple more elements that I'd like to see in the final release:

1) broader support for non-Chinese characters in the simplified and traditional fields, such as capital letters, full stops etc. (this would allow grammar entries such as (CHAR1 X..., CHAR2 Y...) - also, if you put e.g. ji4...,ye3... in the pinyin field, this is converted to ji4...,...ye3 - quite strange.

2) small point, but when clearing or changing an entry in the simplified field, this does not update the english field, meaning there is no choice but to start a new entry, or overtype manually. It would be great if this could be changed.

Many thanks!
